12:30pm Lunch and Exhibits at Skirball Cultural Center! Lunch at Zeidler's Cafe at the center, and afterwards, we viewed the two exhibits: "Noah's Ark at the Skirball" and "Visions and Values: Jewish Life from Antiquity to America."

"Magna Carta: The Essence of Democracy"

Los Angeles Kappas met to view this exhibit which explores why the 1215 Magna Carta is one of the most important documents in the history of our freedom. The original Magna Carta was on display! The day began with 10:30am Mass at St. John Baptist de la Salle Church, lunch, and then meeting at the museum to view the exhibit at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum in Simi Valley, CA.

2009 New Kappa Induction

Saturday, April 25, 2009 at Mount St. Mary's College

The day included induction of new members, President's Honors Luncheon, and the Honors Convocation! The St. Catherine Medal was presented at the Honors Convocation.
